At Optimus Vision Technologies, we take immense pride in the experience we have garnered over the years of rendering outsourced technical support to almost every kind of hosting provider - companies which have their clientele running into several thousands as well as a hosting company which has just started operations. A very stringent and uncompromising recruitment process ensures that every technician and / or server engineer who works for us has the right credentials and is technically competent.  More often than not, our techs have atleast one technical certification to back them - namely RHCE or MCSE or MCSA.

Our in-house training facilities looked after by a full-fledged Manager of Training helps us have a rigorous training module for the techs that have been recruited. The training includes a high degree of emphasis on hosting control panels and the other related interfaces like webmail, FTP and other softwares which are mandatory for any technical support personnel to have complete knowledge about. These training modules and sessions fine-tune the core technical skills of the individuals to suit the hosting industry's rigors and tasks.

As one of our best practices, we have different groups of technicians working on different platforms. We have separate teams for Linux and Windows projects. We also have a third group of technicians who are proficient on both the platforms and are multi-dexterous.
